Facilitated by experienced group analyst Diana Brown
This group aims to provide a safe and confidential space for women, who have experienced childhood sexual abuse (CSA), to come together and explore the difficult feelings that they may have been left with.
We hope to enable and empower women to break the silence around CSA and to help to reduce feelings of isolation and difficulties relating to CSA through being with others who have a shared experience.
Topics we may cover include: shame, anger, self- blame, depression, self -harming behaviour, low self -esteem, lack of self -worth, trust issues, relationship issues and sexual issues.
At the end of the group we hope that women will feel less isolated and have potentially built up a support network within the group members.
If you are struggling and feel alone with your experiences and if you have finished your individual counselling and would like a space in which to connect with other women, please express your interest through contacting: firstname.lastname@example.org or call 020 7281 8970
