This group aims to provide a safe and confidential space for women to come together and discuss women’s issues and explore their shared experiences and gain more self- confidence, better coping mechanisms and regain trust in self and others.
We will cover topics such as: relationships, motherhood, family conflicts, gendered based violence, depression and daily life challenges faced as women.
