An 8 week group looking at developing understanding around the impact of trauma. How it affects our mind, brain, body and behaviour.
A practical space to explore, practice simple skills and techniques to help with things such as:
Panic and anxiety. Feeling overwhelmed or stuck remembering. Feeling disconnected or struggling to make new connections. Not feeling safe or comfortable in our own bodies.
The group will be both informative as well as have lots of practical guided simple exercises you can take away and use in your day to day life.
