Whether you’re planning a coffee morning, a sponsored run, or a workplace challenge, your fundraising can help transform the lives of women who need a safe, healing space to rebuild their mental and emotional wellbeing.

Every pound you raise helps us offer free therapy and wellbeing support to women on low incomes – many of whom have experienced trauma, abuse, or inequality. By fundraising for The Maya Centre, you’re standing with women who are finding their voice, their strength, and their hope again.

Ways to get involved

There are so many creative ways to raise funds and awareness for our work:

  • Host an event – Organise a bake sale, quiz night or community gathering.
  • Take on a challenge – Run, walk, or cycle to raise vital funds.
  • Celebrate with purpose – Donate your birthday or special occasion to support women’s mental health.
  • Fundraise at work – Rally your colleagues around a cause that changes lives.

However you choose to get involved, your efforts will help ensure more women receive the care, therapy, and community support they deserve.

Every donation makes a difference

  • £10 could pay for art supplies used in therapy sessions
  • £100 could pay for one session of free counselling
  • £1,000 could pay for a full course of counselling for one woman
  • £10,000 could help fund a new staff role to support more women
