Description

Join our gentle 8-week holistic space for women. Facilitated by Aditi Kaushiva from Move to Thrive.

This is a holistic space for women to reconnect with their bodies, regulate the nervous system, and release emotional tension through mindful movement, breathwork, and creative expression.

Sessions are fully adaptable — accessible for all abilities, including chair-based movement and guided visualisation for those with physical or mental health challenges.

Simple props such as scarves and cushions will be used to support expression, play, and accessible movement for all participants.

Each session blends:

  • Gentle breath-led grounding and sensory awareness
  • Mindful movement and expressive dance
  • Thematic exploration of emotions and embodied metaphors
  • Integration and reflective sharing for connection and calm

Session Themes:

1. Embodying Space & Confidence — Finding power and presence through animal spirit metaphors.

2. Joy & Laughter — Movement meets laughter yoga to awaken playfulness and lightness.

3. Releasing Anger & Frustration — Energy work through dynamic release, using safe props (e.g., cushions).

4. Fear & Courage — Exploring freeze, fight, and flight patterns through embodied awareness.

5. Peace & Stillness — Breath-led calm, soft movement, and guided mindfulness.

6. Love & Beauty — Flowing feminine movement, gratitude, and gentleness.

7-8. Deepen integration or focus on creativity and collective joy.
