Blog from Jessica, who facilitates our Psychoeducation Group. Stress is a word used on a daily basis these days. It is used to describe such a wide range of feelings, I think we can become hard-pressed to define what stress really is.
Women we work with do not neatly fit into a single category and therefore there is rarely a service which can offer them the depth and length of support that we can provide. They have compound, complex problems and are often victims of gender-based violence and caught in a cycle that they find hard to break. Help Us support more vulnerable women with talking therapy:
