Summer Open Day 2017

The theme of our client summer open day was women’s mental health, combining psychoeducation, group discussion and self- care activities.
The key focus centred on perceptions and understanding of mental health.

The Maya Centre is a community-based charity set up in 1984 to provide specialist counselling and holistic support to low-income and minoritised women.
